Attending the ILTA workshop on the topic of European Assessment Standards has given me the opportunity to familiarize myself with the CEFR levels.I find very useful the discussion we’ve had on relating Romanian tests to the CEFR because I can identify easier now the differences between our testing system and the tests from other countries(e.g. Slovakia) and the way they relate to the CEFR.Working together with my colleagues on item construction and proper marking of a test has been a great experience.I also learned a lot of interesting things from the trainers-Mrs. Iana Beresova and Mrs. Ionela Neagu-who shared with us valuable information and ideas meant to help us have a vision of the future.Therefore,I think we should keep on sharing our experiences and have other workshops in order to fully grasp the concept and the changes it implies.
